Limited information on these losses may have been recorded leading to uncertainty as to causes and inability to prevent or mitigate the effect of such actions from occurring again

With our knowledge and expertise, we are able to improve the data collation and analysis for potential future production losses by identifying bad actors and taking action to address their improvement by working towards a state where defects are eliminated.

Investigations are undertaken of the existing production loss data to identify the most significant areas of loss and recommendations determined for remedial actions to reduce these losses in future.
