Audits are conducted to determine the suitability and effectiveness of the maintenance regime being followed.

The PI Asset Integrity Ltd approach to undertake the audits, combines interviewing key personnel, measure system effectiveness against industry standard key performance indicators and observe the methods, policies, procedures and practices used. A systematic approach is adopted following a set criteria in a number of identified areas within the maintenance regime.

Thereafter following analysis of the assessment information, enables us to recommend ways to improve either methodologies, procedures, organisational structures or other areas of the maintenance regime.

The identification of actual or potential opportunities for improvement if implemented, should lead to tangible productivity and performance benefits, and cost savings for the company.
