RELIABILITY ENGINEER
We aim to deliver Operational Excellence. To achieve this, we are looking for someone who can analyse and improve equipment reliability using both risk-based and equipment failure analysis approaches. , You should be competent to develop and amend maintenance strategies using risk-based tools. You will be experienced in improving availability by analysing issues with poorly performing critical equipment, and identifying areas where common issues are experienced. You will be expected to provide area specific maintenance reliability engineering expertise, carrying out Root Cause Analysis of maintenance defects to improve asset reliability, and implement risk-based work screening methodologies. We are looking for world class best practices to be able to propose solutions to prevent failure re-occurrence.
We’ll expect you to contribute to the continuous development of reliability improvement processes both from a maintenance and operational perspective. You will be able to develop maintenance strategies, conduct reviews, and align maintenance procedures for optimum uptime whilst controlling Opex. You will also have ability/experience of undertaking RCM and or IPF studies as required.
You will be conversant with relevant engineering, maintenance and HSE legislation and standards and can initiate projects in the pursuance of reliability improvement either at single or multiple installation sites.
We will expect you to be a ‘champion’ for introducing innovation, new ideas and change, always respecting maintenance in its broadest sense to improve overall asset delivery performance.
Degree qualified in relevant discipline preferred although consideration will be given to HNC/HND plus experience in lieu of higher qualifications.
INTEGRITY ENGINEER
We aim to deliver Operational Excellence. To achieve this, we are looking for someone who can ensure equipment/functions operate within boundaries, control non-conformities and can take appropriate actions to address technical integrity issues where necessary. You will have the ability to deliver solutions to reduce the potential for HSE incidents, reduce downtime and eliminate unplanned repairs. Experience is therefore required in identifying and mapping safety critical equipment (and their components), developing and maintaining performance and acceptance standards for safety critical equipment and improving / aligning deviation and change management procedures.
You will be able to produce and implement a simple and transparent process that provides the ability to see, at any time, the integrity status of each safety critical element, and thereby demonstrate compliance with the Case for Safety.
You will have the ability to deliver solutions that make a clear association between Major Accident Hazards and Safety Critical Elements. You will have the ability to demonstrate the development of Performance Standards based on measurable, achievable criteria and make a visible, auditable, alignment between Performance Standards and Assurance tasks implemented through Maintenance Strategies.
You will also have ability/experience of undertaking RCM and or IPF studies as required.
