PI Asset Integrity Ltd undertakes Obsolescence reviews to highlight redundant plant and equipment. Reporting recommendations for removal, renewal and refurbishment of equipment.

Priorities for certain equipment will be discussed with clients.

	Removal
If identified as no longer required to your process then steps to dismantle and remove will be recommended in consultation with clients to ensure no or minimum disruption to your operations .

	Renewal
Equipment which may be near the end of its life cycle or not fully effective to your operations, but still has an important part to play in your process. A review will consider the replacement equipment specifically to suit your assets requirements .

	Refurbishment
It may be that original equipment manufacturers can upgrade your existing equipment with new bolt on parts thus optimising the effect on your operations whilst proving more cost effective then the other options available.
