PI Asset Integrity Ltd services in Reliability Centered Maintenance encompass a wide range, from provision of full analysis to training of personnel, with any degree of ongoing support as required.

The PI Asset Integrity Ltd. methodology, used to implement Reliability Centred Maintenance, is a systematic approach to defining routine maintenance programs composed of cost-effective tasks that preserve important system functions.

Achieveable through:-

	Equipment and operating demands/conditions are identified.
	Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), is performed, determining the likeliehood and consequences of failure events. Directing the maintenance programme to prioritise prevention of significant failure modes.
	Maintenance tasks for the identified failure modes in the FMECA are developed.
	Preventative maintenance (PM’s) instructions are written.
	PM’s are considered as group activities and frequencies determined in alignment with Maintenance Management Systems, ensuring realistic and achievable periodicities.
